- All markets (except halftime, first half markets, extra time, and penalty shootout) are considered only for regular time.
- If a match is interrupted and continued within 48 hours after the original kickoff date and time, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets will be voided.
- If a market remains open when any of the following events have already occurred, such as goals, red or yellow-red cards, and penalties, the bookmaker reserves the right to void the respective bets.
- If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, the bookmaker reserves the right to void bets in the respective market to the extent that such bets are affected by the missing or incorrect red card.
- If odds are offered with an incorrect kick-off time (more than 2 minutes), the bookmaker reserves the right to void the respective bets.
- If an incorrect score is entered, all markets will be canceled for the period during which the incorrect score was displayed.
- If team or tournament names are displayed incorrectly, the bookmaker reserves the right to void the respective bets.
